'guaRENTee' is a B2B2C service platform that provides an online + offline full life cycle housing solution for the future rental market. By cooperating with the UKAA, corporate landlords and service providers, tenants can conveniently search & rent houses, flexibly manage & adjust rooms, and increase their sense of belonging through a series of humanised services on the platform. Brand
The name "guaRENTee" comes from the rewriting of the English word "guarantee", which interprets the core idea of the company: to provide tenants with a safe and reliable housing guarantee and change people's traditional mindset of house ownership. The design of the brand logo is inspired by buildings and stairs, symbolising different life stages and the rich BTR brands. The interconnected shapes symbolise ‘seamless’, ‘cooperation’ and ‘win-win’. The overall colour, which including dark grey with lavender and blue-green to highlight the corporate brand image of ‘efficient’, ‘flexible’, and ‘humane’. Business Plan
We try to show investors a complete, interesting and valuable business plan through this book.
In the Mini-MBA section, we learned a lot of business knowledge and tools, and used the ‘Business Model Canvas’ to analyse our Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Key partners and etc. We also used ‘Financial Plan Spreadsheet’ to play with numbers to optimise our cost and revenue. During the discussion, we were just like planning a start up company, and each of us responded for different company roles and business areas. Business Plan not only allowed us to test the feasibility of our design, but also made us realise the difference between good presentation and valuable business.
